another decade

everyone around here has recently been having a quarter life crisis
about turning twenty.
i don't consider it to be a big deal,
but last night we started the inevitable doomsday
associated with turning another year older
with my friend heather's birthday.

it was a top notch night.

thank god some girl took pity on me and removed it
before i left the washroom.

i'd always seen people make fun of it on t.v...
but then it became a reality.

...gotta love those bonds of sisterhood.
